THE HOUSE OF REFUGE
It is one of my favorite beach spots for maternity, couples, and family sessions. It has everything. On the ocean side, it has dramatic rocks, tall grass, and an old rustic museum as background; the riverside has a pier and mangroves. The riverside is a perfect place to see a sunset. This location offers a lot of different backgrounds for a photo shoot. My favorite time is weekdays for this location since it gets busy during the weekends. Also, if you want your photoshoot at this location, be prepared to get wet!
JAYCEE PARK
Jaycee Park is in Vero Beach. This location requires a 6-8 minute walk on the beach to reach a rustic pier. This rustic pier provides a lovely background and playground for the photos. So if you are up for little walking for GORGEOUS beach photos, this may be the location for you! Sadly, fur babies are not allowed in this location.
ALLAPATTHAH FLATS
Allapattah Flats is located in Palm City. It is a beautiful greenery scene for maternity and couples/engagement photos. The sunsets are epic, and direct light creates incredible Black and White photos at this location. It is very popular with photographers. But since it is a big location, it gives my clients a lot of privacy. We don’t have to worry about anyone else around us, so we can solely focus on creating beautiful photos.
RIVERSIDE PARK
Riverside Park is located in Vero Beach. It is a gorgeous location surrounded by big oak trees. Spanish moss hanging from the trees makes this location very special. It is great for family, maternity, and couples photos. Especially for fall pictures in Florida, this location delivers the feeling. Also a plus, this location is dog friendly!
WHITE CITY PARK
White City Park is located in Fort Pierce. It is a popular location for many. There is a playground, a fishing area, and a boat ramp. What this location offers is that beautiful tall trees covered with Spanish Moss. Golden hour is incredibly magical with sun lights being filtered by the trees.
